Jenny's story
When I found her, Jenny was very thin and weak. She was skinny and had no trace of muscle or fat. Every bone was a testimony to the unimaginable cruelty, and every breath was a struggle for her children. She had just given birth to 5 children. Jenny proved her motherly love. For the sake of her children, she could really survive.
The first time I saw it, I felt so distressed. It was actually holding its own child in its mouth. I felt so guilty. I couldn't stop my tears when I thought about the countless stray dogs like it in the world. Its breathing was very weak at the time, and there was no energy in its small body, but its eyes seemed to be begging for a kind of kindness that it had never truly understood.
I took it away immediately, along with its five babies, because I had to give them energy, otherwise these babies wouldn't survive the night. Jenny was really smart. When I found the remaining four babies, they were no longer breathing...Except for the one in its mouth, the others didn't survive...
You will never understand why someone would abandon this poor child, why hunger took such a ruthless hold on her. But now, Jenny is finally being cared for by love. Now, she has someone who believes in her, her spirit, and her will to live. At this moment, I am more convinced that I want to change all this, I want to save more stray dogs, and every step I slow down, more people will die in this world.
